The 3rd team are the individuals who are not committed to the team vision. They are the players who feel they are bigger than the team. They think as individuals. They are motivated by their success alone. They will not accept their important role. They will divide the team. They will turn their misery into company. They will place their agenda above all. They once expected their previous 3rd team members to accept their role, but not themselves. They are former star players who now get to feel what they made everyone else feel. And that is, everyone must accept their role...
